I can't remember if I found yoga, or if yoga found me, but it has remained my fundamental constant in this chaotic world. My practice has taken me from New York to Costa Rica to Hawaii and then back down to Richmond, Virginia; all of which have uniquely influenced my style and desire to share yoga as a form of self-expression and self-care for all bodies of all levels...all over. 

CERTIFICATION & TRAINING | 200 hour Interdisciplinary Teacher Training from Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica. Comprehensive asana, pranayama, meditation and professional ethics training in the techniques, methodology and philosophy of vinyasa. 

STYLE + PHILOSOPHY | Creative, Playful, Expressive, Intuitive, Empowering, Feminine. Emphasis on music to inspire a movement, with meditation woven in.
