Call me super cheesy, but this year I'm taking Superbowl Sunday quite literally. As in, enjoying a bowl full of super foods as opposed to super crap. I was inspired by a recent Master Class with the lovely Ksenia of Breakfast Criminals at an NYC fave, Le Pain Quotidien for what I like to refer to as "the art of a better breakfast." We mastered delicious, fuel-filled breakfast creations by getting generous with superfood toppings.
