A Thanksgiving For Eating Well

It's slightly unbelievable that Thanksgiving week is here, however after a wonderful Friendsgiving at Suite ThreeOhSix hosted by Daphne Cheng last night, it finally started to sink in. There is nothing more amazing than sitting around a table full of genuine, like-minded people and sharing delicious, nourishing food. "Every single person around this table is either a motivational speaker or a comedian." It was hilariously true. Everyone had an amazing story to share of what they were thankful for this year and it was a room filled with smiles, laughs and contently full bellies.

In light of last minute menu planning, I've rounded up a few of my "I spy" palate pleasing recipes in case you're looking for that just-one-more dish to make your Thanksgiving menu complete. All are vegan-friendly with room for substitutions based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions that your guests may have. You'll also see a lot of ingredient overlap, as I tried to find recipes that make those grocery store trips worth your while. From brunch to dessert and a balanced combination of both savory and sweet, cheers to a Thanksgiving for eating well.
