I've always had a pretty (un)healthy obsession with nut butters, but lately I've been craving it with and on almost everything. I melt a little bit of coconut oil with whatever nut butter I have in my pantry (sunflower, cashew, almond, etc), give it a good stir and then drizzle it on top of sliced bananas for a mouthwatering sweet fix. And on anything frozen, such as ice cream, it quickly hardens and becomes this rich shell that reminds me of a much healthier version of the Reese's peanut butter shell topping that we'd drizzle on top of ice cream sundaes as kids. It's definitely worth ditching the artificial flavors for this two-ingredient creation that'll have you licking the bowl clean. 

Lucky for you, that all was just a segway into spotlighting a few recipes and snacks that use nut butters in creative ways...
