After long work weeks, we could all use a little liquid courage while still taking advantage of the longer, golden hours. Eden Passante over at Sugar and Charm makes quite the case thanks to a few easy on the eyes kind of cocktails. So whether it's wild blueberries, fresh-squeezed lemons or nerve-calming lavender that you fancy...shake & stir away. Just always keep that glass half full.

And be sure to grab this set of cocktail & champagne glassesstainless steel straws and letterpress coasters to keep those sips company.

For a starter salad that tastes as breezy as it is to make, opt for this Za'atar and Mint Butter Bean Salad. "The rich, creamy texture of butter beans here pairs really well with the fresh crunch of green pepper and bright-flavored herbs." Quick lesson on Za’atar - it's a Middle Eastern spice blend with savory flavors like thyme, sesame, and sumac. It's a worldly dish that you can whip up in the comfort of your own home, without traveling far distances to savor.

If you've kept your eyes peeled, you'd know that the world is having a hot and heavy moment with toast. The latest issue of Bon Appetit declares that "posting toast on Instagram is akin to shooting "likes" in a barrel." Nevertheless, here's another one for you: Open Faced Lemon Pepper Artichoke & Arugula SandwichesBread is broiled until golden on top, then slathered with almond arugula white bean hummus. Chopped artichokes are then sautéed with olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper and finished off with baby arugula that's tossed with a bit of salt and olive oil. Lastly, it's all drizzled with sweet balsamic glaze. How's that for fancy toast?

Cilantro fans rejoice! A traditional fall-like comfort food gets a spring makeover in this recipe for Sesame Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Sesame oil, cilantro, tahini, and sesame seeds are drizzled all over the place in this dish that you can bring together in just thirty minutes.

With these sweet sips & savory bites, there's bound to be an evening filled with amazing company, lasting memories and full bellies.

I think this is going to be one heck of a spring. Savor it all & be well.
