This two hour sensory experience weaves intentional elements of all five senses into the yoga practice. A unique approach designed by Allison Walton and Marisa Atula, attendees will feel, listen, smell, taste, and see their way to elevated bliss. Explore movement, yogic breath, meditation, and restorative savasana while opening the physical, emotional, and energetic channels of the body. Bring a journal and pen for self-reflection. Part of the “taste” experience will include a chocolate meditation, plus other gifted offerings to help shift your experience home with you.
